Dr. Sanaz Alamdari | Photonic Physics | Research Excellence Award

Sanaz Alamdari is an award-winning Assistant Professor of Physics at the Faculty of Nanotechnology, Semnan University, specializing in advanced nanomaterials, photonic sensors, and biomedical engineering. She has authored over 150 publications, including more than 50 ISI Q1/Q2 papers, holds multiple national patents, and has supervised numerous M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses. Recognized among the world’s top 2% most-cited researchers (ISC 2025), her work focuses on green synthesis, semiconductor nanostructures, luminescent materials, and flexible thin-film sensors. She actively collaborates internationally and contributes as a journal editor, reviewer, and research mentor.
