Mr. Muhammad Anas | Best Researcher Award
Jiangsu University | China
Muhammad Anas is a researcher at Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, specializing in plant physiology, ecology, plant nutrition, and molecular biology. His work focuses on nitrogen use efficiency, invasive species biology, biochar characteristics, microplastic–plant interactions, and stress physiology across important crops and ecological systems. He has contributed extensively to understanding agronomic, eco-physiological, and molecular mechanisms regulating nitrogen dynamics in agriculture, with influential studies on sugarcane physiology, biochar’s inorganic nitrogen holding capacity, and plant antioxidative responses under water limitation and biotic stress. His research also explores the physiological and microbial responses of crop and invasive species to microplastics, fungal pathogens, and natural herbicides. With 20 publications, over 300 citations, and an h-index of 10, he has collaborated widely across projects involving crop improvement, intercropping systems, rhizosphere microbiology, actinobacteria genomics, and plant–environment interactions. His recent work includes evaluating Solidago canadensis responses to herbicides, investigating plant–microplastic synergies, and assessing invasive species competitiveness under varied nitrogen conditions. His contributions continue to enhance understanding of plant ecological physiology and sustainable crop management.
