Associate Professor Dr. Nicolcescu Pantelie, MD, PhD is a senior academic clinician and researcher in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați, Romania, and a consultant physician at the Adult Emergency Hospital of Sibiu, with over 25 years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and perioperative management. Dr. Nicolcescu is the author or co-author of 14 medical textbooks and monographs with ISBN and has published extensively in peer-reviewed, indexed journals, including recent articles in Journal of Clinical Medicine, Healthcare, and Biomedical Reports.
