Institute for Informatics NAS of Armenia | Armenia
Ashot S. Gevorkyan is a quantum and mathematical physicist at the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. He has contributed extensively to the study of quantum mechanics, statistical properties of N-particle systems, three-body problems, quantum chaos, and quantum thermodynamics. Gevorkyan’s research encompasses quantum harmonic oscillators, quantum vacuum structures, disordered spin systems, and the interaction of classical and quantum systems under random environments and external fields. His work has explored irreversibility, time’s arrow, and fundamental aspects of both classical and quantum dynamical systems, with applications in gamma radiation production, dielectric superlattices, and biosensing technologies. Gevorkyan has authored over 55 documents, with an h-index of 5, and has co-authored numerous influential papers in journals such as Laser Physics Letters, Physics of Atomic Nuclei, Symmetry, and Particles. His collaborative work frequently intersects with advanced computational methods, probabilistic processes, and modeling of complex quantum systems. Gevorkyan’s ongoing contributions continue to advance understanding of low-dimensional dynamical systems, self-organizing processes, and the foundations of quantum mechanics, cementing his position as a prominent researcher in the field.
