Prof. Talalov earned his degree in Physics from the Physical Faculty of Samara State University. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Steklov Mathematical Institute in Moscow, obtaining his Kandidate degree (equivalent to a Ph.D.) with a thesis titled “The Poisson structures and the action–angle variables in a theory of singular solitons.” He later received his Doctor of Sciences degree (Physics and Mathematics) from Saint Petersburg State University for his work “The models of extended relativistic particles with non-linear Regge trajectories.”
