His early exposure to experimental research fueled his interest in applied chemistry and material innovations.Continuing at BHU, he completed his Master’s degree in Chemistry, specializing in advanced topics that laid the groundwork for his future research in polymer science and electrochemistry.He then pursued a Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, focusing on “Thermoplastic Polyurethane Ionomers as Gel Electrolyte for CdS Quantum Dots Sensitized Solar Cell.” His doctoral work combined polymer synthesis, ionomer chemistry, and nanomaterial integration to create efficient and cost-effective gel electrolytes for next-generation solar cells.Dr. Kumar has also demonstrated his academic excellence by qualifying UGC-NET (JRF) and GATE examinations, both of which are highly competitive national benchmarks for research aptitude and subject expertise in India.
